The hotel has a GREAT location with MANY things nearby! The breakfast had great variety, I REALLY enjoyed it. Staff members were really helpful and efficient .
The bathroom did not have a ventilator. It was problematic. One of the legs of the small round table was not properly set. The mattress was too soft and not comfortable for me.

the location was the best! we walked to almost all destinations! there is a bus stop right outside the front doors. we also rented bikes from the hotel.
my room wasn't big! it felt spacious because of the layout though. another thing bothered me, it was the pedal bin. the bin would inadvertently move around when i tried to step on the pedal

The location is fantastic. It is a short walk from Kongens Nytorv metro station and many shops. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, and the rooms provided good comfort.
The scrambled eggs at breakfast were not up to par with the other excellent food options.

The breakfast had good variety, I found some options I liked. Location of the hotel was good. It was easy to walk to many places of interest. A bus stop located right outside the hotel was convenient.
The room wasn't cleaned very well. I saw hair and dust. Storing luggage before check-in cost extra. I had to pay for a locker. I think it should be complimentary.

The room showed a lack of maintenance. The bed felt uncomfortable like a matt was placed on another bed. Navigating around the bed was difficult because the room was small for the price I paid.
